I know because I have the same problem and it helps believe me. If you look back on the times in your life when you slept well and had lots of energy you were probably very active physically. Go for a 1 hour walk in the evening before bed and you will sleep better. Go run, even better... ; ) You can do it... Never surrender.Authorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08705188612008810774noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7170007670756935047.post-12716363344008614202010-11-09T01:20:34.791+00:002010-11-09T01:20:34.791+00:00It's no problem about the t-shirt. It's been tough to keep things going here.

And that reminds me about James and the t-shirt, which I didn't sort for him as I didn't find the hi-res version of the image. Meant to look on another hard drive and forgot and now I feel bad. Gah! Sorry, James. I really am. It's too late now I'm sure but I'll try to find that hard drive and dig it out.

Reminds me of something someone once said about work - if not meeting your targets is making you feel bad, get better at your job. I need to get better at life.Bitter Animatorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06617537816971588380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7170007670756935047.post-69599079818868453012010-11-08T08:07:26.175+00:002010-11-08T08:07:26.175+00:00I still come here to read and re-read your posts e...I still come here to read and re-read your posts every so often. Good to know there are kindred spirits out there. I had some of the most amazing sleeps I've had since I can remember, even on a Sunday. It was like a revelation - oh, it IS possible to go to sleep at night and not wake up until morning. It IS possible to feel rested.

Alas, my back got better and my sleep got worse.Bitter Animatorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06617537816971588380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7170007670756935047.post-57874076747060016192010-10-18T16:04:29.479+01:002010-10-18T16:04:29.479+01:00My sleeping problems happen on Sunday (Monday) nig...My sleeping problems happen on Sunday (Monday) nights. I try to sleep but I'm attacked by anxiety.

Rest of the week I go to bed way to late for my health. I'm definitely reading tweets during those hours but have very little by way of coherent thought to tweet myself. That often makes it all the more frustrating - the pointlessness of what is going on in my brain during that time is quite ridiculous.

Susan, I'd love some of your 16 hours. Right now, that sounds wonderful - the grass is always greener and all that. Hope you break out of that depression for a while soon.Bitter Animatorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06617537816971588380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7170007670756935047.post-88051609385560762052010-10-18T02:03:39.172+01:002010-10-18T02:03:39.172+01:00Dearest Bitter,
