My cardiac events

I'm pretty sure I'm going to drop dead of a heart attack in the near future. I'm getting chest pains a lot. I'm also finding myself out of breath at the weirdest times.

Sure, it's possible that it's anxiety related.

But it's also possible that I have been having heart attacks and the big one is coming to kill me any day now. I must get these checked out so they can fit me with a pacemaker or give me a portable defibrilator or something. I'd be really pissed off if I died of a heart attack this year.

Sounds a lot like what I get. Although with me it's indigestion! And asthma means I'm always out of breath, weird times or not!

Dear Sir, I am a little late to this party, but I still want to inform you of this.

According to a study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (or PNAS) Sildenafil Citrate (best known under the brand name "Viagra") aids Jet Lag recovery in hamsters.

Science is insane, completely insane.

Wow. I had no idea jet lag was such a big problem for hamsters. Who would have thought it?

Haha! Ha- wait a minute, that is some serious stuff man. Please get thee to a doctors checkup sir!

BTW, thanks for your comments and a link to my blog! I'm humbled and flattered.

Dear Sir, I left out an important bit of information in that last message. Viagra was originally designed to treat heart problems (which is why it causes hypotension), so these spammers are obviously trying to help you and Mr. Astro.

However, you should inform them that giving someone medical advice without proper examination is immoral and illegal.

Actually, don't do so; that will just encourage them.

Mr Trombley... really? PNAS? P. NAS.

No. Fucking. Way.

PeNAS.

That's hilarious.

I have asthma. Maybe you do to? How do you recoup from being out of breath?

Because if it's asthma, there's nothing you can do to make the tightness go away without an albuterol inhaler.

And Symbicort helps, but if you don't have insurance it's fucking expensive. Hell, without insurance it's fucking expensive.

Please go to the doctor. We'd all be very sad to lose your great talent.

Thanks guys. Yep, I'm going to get checked out soon. I guess I just hate the thought of being told there is something major wrong.

And then if there isn't, I'm into the test spiral. If nothing shows on the first test, it's off for another and another and another until a doctor eventually says 'There's nothing wrong with you'.
